Non Smoking: All our rooms are non smoking. A charge will apply for cleaning costs if smoking in the rooms.
Booking Cancellations
Peak Times
Of bookings during peak periods outside 4 weeks of arrival, a $50 cancellation administration charge applies of each room booked. Within 4 week of arrival will forfeit the full amount of your booking. If you arrive and cancel off room nights, the full amount of your booking will be charged to your credit card. Credit card numbers given, will be responsible for all cancellation fees, this includes all online bookings.
Non Peak
Prior to 72 hours of arrival, will attract a $25 cancellation fee, within 72 hours will forfeit the first nights tariff. (Please check with us if you are unsure of which cancellation policy applies to your booking)
Your Booking Being Cancelled
If by some unforeseen circumstances that we cancel your booking, all deposits, payments will be reimbursed, and no charges will apply.
